Mode of Hope
We ask: Where does hope materialise? And what material would be necessary to create a structure that holds and protects a future, but is also loose enough to allow its transformation?
First of all – have a look at the material world! We pour our hope into things or derive it from them. This is supposed to be understood literally.
“Hope” is the thing with feathers — \nThat perches in the soul — \nAnd sings the tune without the words — \nAnd never stops — at all — \n(“Hope” is the thing with feathers by Emily Dickinson)
